How made to order works
Explore Ukrainian jewelry designs that can be made again especially for you. Choose a design and send us a request; our team will confirm the available size, length, metal color, configuration, estimated weight, and written quote before any payment is collected.
Estimated timing: Delivery is normally expected within 8–12 weeks after you approve the written specifications and pay the deposit. Many orders may arrive sooner, but timing depends on the design and workshop schedule.
Your benefit: The written quote includes a 15% made-to-order benefit from the reference estimate. After the quote and configuration are accepted, the quoted metal rate is fixed for your order even if metal prices later increase.
Estimated price: The displayed estimate uses the historical weight of the previous piece. The final amount may change if your requested size, length, metal color, configuration, or the finished weight differs. We will confirm any material price change in writing.
Deposit: The deposit is 10% of the reference estimate and is applied to your balance. After you approve the written specifications and authorize production, the deposit is non-refundable if you cancel or change your mind, except where applicable law requires otherwise or Ukrainian Jewelry cannot fulfill the order.
Made-to-order pieces are created for the confirmed customer configuration and are final sale after delivery, except for a defect, damage, an incorrect item, or another right required by law.
