Returns and Exchanges Policy – Ukrainian Jewelry
This Returns and Exchanges Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Returns and Exchanges Policy”) is an integral part of our Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) and incorporates all definitions and provisions set forth in the Agreement. Any terms not defined in this Policy shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Agreement.
Return Policy
Eligible items may be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. All return requests are subject to approval by Ukrainian Jewelry, and we reserve the right to deny a return at our sole discretion. Jewelry must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, instructions, and documentation included.
Once the returned item is received, we will process a refund, excluding return shipping costs and any payment provider fees incurred during the purchase and return process. Please note that these costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Exceptions apply in cases involving a defective item or the receipt of an incorrect product. In such instances, Ukrainian Jewelry will cover the return shipping expenses.
Exchange Policy
Eligible items may be exchanged for another item within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. All exchange requests are subject to approval by Ukrainian Jewelry, and we reserve the right to deny an exchange at our sole discretion. Jewelry must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, instructions, and documentation included.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us via the contact form within twenty-four (24) hours of placing the order. Once the item has been shipped, we will no longer be able to cancel the order.
Please note that after fourteen (14) calendar days, returns or exchanges are no longer accepted. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exceptions
Items that have been repaired by third-party jewelers are not eligible for repair or return.
We do not replace or reimburse for lost or stolen jewelry.
Gift Exchange
If you received a piece of jewelry as a gift, you may exchange it within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date the order was received by the purchaser. All exchange requests are subject to approval by Ukrainian Jewelry, and we reserve the right to deny an exchange at our sole discretion. The jewelry must be new, unused, and returned with all original packaging, instructions, and documentation

Return Shipping Costs
Ukrainian Jewelry is not responsible for return shipping costs. When sending an item back for a return or exchange, you are responsible for all associated expenses. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Ukrainian Jewelry cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items and is not liable for any lost merchandise.
Return or Exchange Processing
Returns or exchanges will be processed within 24–72 hours after the package is delivered to our warehouse. Once the return or exchange has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information sent to the email address or device associated with your purchase.
