We ship every order from our Miami, FL warehouse to the United States and Canada, and we aim to dispatch within 24 hours (business days). Delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout, where an estimate is shown — and once your order is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is the carrier's responsibility and is not guaranteed. UPS/USPS Ground is $10 (3–7 business days); UPS/USPS Ground with signature is $15 (3–7 business days); Express One Day Air Saver is $40 (1–2 business days); FedEx rates and transit times are calculated at checkout. Request an eligible return or exchange within 14 calendar days of delivery and contact us for approval before shipping anything back. The item must be new, unworn and in its original packaging with its tag. For a change-of-mind return, you arrange and pay for return shipping and are responsible for the item until we receive it. Your refund is the subtotal paid for the returned merchandise after discounts, excluding tax and shipping, minus a 10% restocking fee and a flat shipping deduction of US$10 (standard) or US$40 (express), matching the original shipping tier. The shipping deduction applies once per order; sales tax on returned items is refunded in full. The 10% fee does not apply to an even exchange. A factory-defective or wrong item reported within 14 days is fully covered, including return shipping, with no deductions. International shipments are not eligible for returns. 585 gold is 58.5% pure gold alloyed with other metals. The alloy composition determines the color: copper for rose, silver/palladium for white, and a balanced mix for yellow.
