Shipping Policy

Every Ukrainian Jewelry order is shipped from our warehouse in Miami, Florida, so your authentic solid 585 gold and sterling silver 925 pieces reach you quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy is part of our Terms of Use (the "Agreement").

Order Processing

We dispatch orders within 24 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery Times

Important — delivery times and carrier responsibility. Delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout, where an estimated delivery time is shown. These times are estimates, not guarantees. Once we have handed your package to the carrier (such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx), delivery and delivery times are the carrier's responsibility, not ours. We are not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by the carrier after we have handed over your package.

Shipping Rates

• UPS/USPS Ground — US$10 (3–7 business days).
• UPS/USPS Ground with signature — US$15 (3–7 business days).
• Express One Day Air Saver — US$40 (1–2 business days).
• FedEx — rates and transit time are calculated at checkout.

The shipping method and cost that apply to your order are shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable on change-of-mind returns: US$10 for UPS/USPS Ground, US$15 for UPS/USPS Ground with signature, US$40 for Express One Day Air Saver, or the FedEx amount shown at checkout. See our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.

If Your Order Is Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your order is lost or damaged in transit before it reaches you, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve it with a replacement or refund. Responsibility for a package passes to you once it is delivered to the address you provided, as confirmed by carrier tracking.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout, as we are not able to reroute a package once it has been dispatched.

Returns

We do not accept returns for international shipments.

If you need to return or exchange an item, our full terms are set out in our Return & Exchange Policy. In short:

• You may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, and returned with all original packaging and tags. All requests are subject to our approval.
• Contact us first through our contact form and wait for approval before sending anything back.
• For change-of-mind returns, you ship the item back yourself, at your own expense, and you are responsible for it until we receive it — we recommend a tracked and insured service. Your refund is the item subtotal minus a 10% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable: US$10 for UPS/USPS Ground, US$15 for UPS/USPS Ground with signature, US$40 for Express One Day Air Saver, or the FedEx amount shown at checkout. Sales tax is refunded in full.
• If a return is due to our error (a defective or wrong item), we cover return shipping and apply no deductions.
• To cancel an order, contact us within 24 hours of placing it; if it has not yet shipped, we refund your order total in full with no deductions. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method.
