Shipping Policy

Every Ukrainian Jewelry order is shipped from our warehouse in Miami, Florida, so your authentic solid 585 gold and sterling silver 925 pieces reach you quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy is part of our Terms of Use (the "Agreement").

Order Processing

We dispatch in-stock orders within 24 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Individually Made Jewelry and Custom Orders

Individually made jewelry requires a 30% deposit toward the jewelry price before work begins. Production starts once your specifications and order are confirmed and the deposit is received. Production and delivery follow the timeline agreed with you before payment; the 24-hour dispatch estimate applies to in-stock items. See our custom-order terms for return and exchange eligibility.

Our separate made-to-order catalog program follows the deposit and delivery terms published for that program.

Delivery Times

Important — delivery times and carrier responsibility. Delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout, where an estimated delivery time is shown. These times are estimates, not guarantees. Once we have handed your package to the carrier (such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx), delivery and delivery times are the carrier's responsibility, not ours. We are not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by the carrier after we have handed over your package.

Shipping Rates

• UPS/USPS Ground — US$10 (3–7 business days).
• UPS/USPS Ground with signature — US$15 (3–7 business days).
• Express One Day Air Saver — US$40 (1–2 business days).
• FedEx — rates and transit time are calculated at checkout.

The shipping method and cost that apply to your order are shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Returns: Individually made jewelry (custom size, design, or personal engraving) requires a 30% deposit before work begins and is not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges after delivery. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items and any rights required by law remain covered. Our separate made-to-order catalog follows its own published deposit and delivery terms. Contact us and ship an eligible return or exchange back within 14 calendar days of delivery; approval does not extend this deadline. Items must be new, unworn, with original packaging and tags. For a change-of-mind return, the refund is the merchandise amount paid after discounts minus a 10% restocking fee. Tax and shipping are excluded from the fee calculation. Sales tax on returned merchandise is refunded separately. Original shipping is non-refundable and is not deducted again from the merchandise refund. You pay return shipping and are responsible for the item until we receive it; any return label we arrange by agreement is billed separately. Exchanges have no restocking fee, but you pay shipping in both directions and any merchandise price difference is settled separately. For our error or a defective item, we cover return shipping and apply no deductions. International shipments are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. If Your Order Is Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your order is lost or damaged in transit before it reaches you, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve it with a replacement or refund. Responsibility for a package passes to you once it is delivered to the address you provided, as confirmed by carrier tracking.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout, as we are not able to reroute a package once it has been dispatched.

Returns

We do not accept returns for international shipments.

If you need to return or exchange an item, our full terms are set out in our Return & Exchange Policy. In short:

• Contact us and ship an eligible return or exchange back within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, and returned with all original packaging and tags. All requests are subject to our approval.
• Contact us first through our contact form and wait for approval before sending anything back.
• Once your request is approved, you arrange and pay for return shipping, using a carrier of your choice. If, at your request and by prior agreement, we arrange or pay for the return label, we invoice you separately for that agreed cost. It is not included in the 10% restocking fee and is not automatically deducted from the merchandise refund. The merchandise refund is the amount paid after discounts minus 10%; sales tax is refunded separately. Original shipping is non-refundable and is not deducted again.
• If a return is due to our error (a defective or wrong item), we cover return shipping and apply no deductions.
• To cancel an order, contact us within 24 hours of placing it; if it has not yet shipped, we refund your order total in full with no deductions. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method.
